Steps:
- In skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Drain. Saute onions in drippings until tender. Stir in brown sugar, vinegar and spices. Simmer unconvered 15 minutes or until onions are golden brown. Combine beans in slow cooker. Add onion mixture & bacon; mix well. Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours.
