5-Minute Broiled Shrimp image

1 lb shrimp, cleaned and peeled
2 Tbsp olive oil, low fat
2 Tbsp minced garlic
4 Tbsp chopped parsley

Steps:

  • 1. Combine olive oil, garlic and parsley. Roll the shrimp in mixture and broil in the oven until pink, about 5 minutes.
