7 LAYER BEAN DIP image

Yield 4+ people

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 cups refried beans
Tabasco (as much as you want, 1 teaspoon min.)
Salt to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp sliced Jalapenos
Sour Cream (as much as you want)
Black Olives (as much as you want, 1 small can drained is fine)
1 medium tomatoe diced
1 small onion diced
1/2 cup shredded lettuce

Steps:

  • 1. Heat beans in a pan or skillet. Add water to make a creamy texture to the beans. 2. Add your tabasco to the beans 3. When the beans start to boil slightly, remove from heat and spread them evenly on a cassarole dish or platter. It helps if it is already warm. Add the cheese 4. Add a layer of chopped onions, tomatoes, sour cream, shredded lettuce, black olives and jalapenos.
