Steps:
- 1. In double boiler melt chocolate chips... when completely melted remove from heat and gently stir in coconut flakes and almonds. Drop tablespoon size haystack onto cookie sheet lined with waxed paper or parchement paper ... cool in refrigerator for approx. 1 hour.
- 2. Keep cool until ready to serve.
