Holiday family favorite

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 can(s) pineapple tidbits, large cans
3 mandarin oranges, small cans
1 maraschino cherries, divided
16 oz sour cream
1/2 bag of marshmallows
1 c coconut, divided
1 c pecans, in pieces, divided

Steps:

  • 1. Set aside 1/2 cup of coconut; 1/4 cup of pecans; and 8 to 10 cherries for topping.
  • 2. Mix together all other ingredients. Place in shallow dish, smooth top of mixture. Sprinkle reserved coconut over mixture. Cut cherries and place on top, sprinkle pecans.
  • 3. Refrigerate at least one hour. May be refrigerated overnight.
