I was looking at some of my recipe books last night and I found this in one of my Amish cookbooks. I haven't made this but it sounded very interesting. I'm planning to try it in the next week or so. The book says is not only delicious but very filling. I hope you like it.

These are a great way to use up leftover chow mein noodles. I also like to add in some chopped vegetables for extra nutrition.
