This is quick and easy to make. Any sweet, crunchy apple such as Gala or Fuji works well in this recipe.

1 large or 2 small apples
6 tortillas
1-1/2 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp butter

  • 1. Thinly slice the apples into 24 1/4-inch-thick slices.

These quesadillas were a disaster! The apples were too soft and the cheddar cheese was too sharp. I would not recommend this recipe.

The quesadillas were good, but they were a little too greasy for my taste. I would recommend using less butter or oil.

These quesadillas were a little too sweet for my taste. I would recommend using less apples or a more tart variety.
