Yield 6 servings

Number Of Ingredients 10

6 eggs
1-1/2 cups milk
1 cup all purpose flour
3 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 lb butter or margarine
2 apples, peeled and thinly sliced
2-3 tbsp brown sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a blender or large bowl, mix eggs, milk, flour, granulated sugar, vanilla, salt and cinnamon until blended. If using a mixer, batter will remain slightly lumpy. Melt butter or margarine in a 12-inch fluted porcelain quiche dish or a 13" x 9" baking dish in oven. Add apple slices to baking dish. Return to oven until butter or margarine sizzles. Do not legt brown. Remove dish from oven and immediately pour batter over apples. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake in middle of oven 20 minutes or until puffed and brown. Serve immediately.

Overall, I thought this recipe was pretty good. The pancake was light and fluffy, and the apples were a nice touch. However, I think it could have used a bit more seasoning.

This recipe was a bit too complicated for my taste. I prefer simpler recipes that don't require a lot of ingredients or steps.

The pancake was good, but it was a bit dry. I think I might try adding some more milk next time.

I'm not a huge fan of apples, but I really enjoyed this pancake. The apples were cooked perfectly, and they didn't overpower the other flavors. I'll definitely be making this again.

This pancake was delicious, but it was a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll try reducing the amount of sugar next time.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my pancake didn't turn out as fluffy as I expected. It was still delicious, but I think I might need to experiment with the cooking time or temperature next time.

This apple puffed pancake was a hit at my brunch party! It was incredibly easy to make, and the results were stunning. The pancake puffed up beautifully in the oven, and the apples were tender and sweet. I loved the contrast between the crispy edges
