An all new way to enjoy the natural sweetness of Yams. Not a casserole...not a side dish. It's a delicious dessert that you can serve hot, cold, alone or topped with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Anyway you serve it, it's Yamtastic! This recipe comes from Princella. I found this recipe in Woman's Day magazine. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.

Evenly arrange the Princella Yams. Add the remaining apple sauce to cover yams. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Add the rest of the topping and spread evenly. Bake at 350 until heated throughout (30-40 minutes). Serve hot, plain, or for a special touch, top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
