I make this on the weekend for the kids to eat through the week. I double the recipe with no problems. It is a great way to use up the applesauce in the fridge.

I'm not a big fan of applesauce, but I really enjoyed this recipe. The applesauce added a subtle sweetness to the oatmeal without being overpowering.
