Steps:
- 1. Cream the oil and sugar together. Then add the egg and beat until light.
- 2. Next blend in the vanilla and applesauce
- 3. Stir the flours, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, oats, and raisins into the creamed mixture. Blend well.
- 4. Drop cookies onto a lightly oiled baking sheet using a teaspoon. Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
