Apricot-Glazed Bacon Spirals image

Here's a real crowd-pleaser for an appetizer table or brunch buffet. A whole piece of crispy bacon is rolled into each spiral. It's so good with the apricot preserves, which make it a sweet-and-salty treat. -Kellie Mulleavy, Lambertville, Michigan

These bacon spirals were a complete disaster. They fell apart in the oven and the glaze burned.

I didn't like the apricot glaze on these bacon spirals. It was too sweet and overpowering.

These bacon spirals were a bit dry. I think I'll try cooking them at a lower temperature next time.

I had some trouble getting the bacon spirals to stay together. Maybe I didn't roll them tightly enough.

These bacon spirals are a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll try them with a different glaze next time.
