I'm not a big fan of apricots, but I really enjoyed this jelly. It's not too sweet and has a nice tart flavor.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover apricots. I had a bunch of apricots that were starting to go bad, so I decided to make this jelly. It turned out delicious!

The jelly didn't set properly for me. I'm not sure what I did wrong.

This recipe is a bit too sweet for my taste. I would recommend reducing the amount of sugar by half.

This apricot jelly recipe is a keeper! It's so easy to make and turns out perfect every time. I love the bright, tangy flavor of the apricots. I've also tried adding a bit of ginger or cinnamon to the jelly, which gives it a nice warm flavor.
