Diet, who is on a diet, not me. I found this recipe on another web site and made it with low fat substitutes and it was beyond creamy and rich and decadent. Try it!! I cut the recipe in half and it still served 6.

This dish was easy to make and very flavorful. I used canned artichokes, which made it even easier.

This dish was okay. The artichokes were a bit too salty and the ziti was a bit overcooked. I probably won't be making this again.

I made this dish last night and it was a hit with my family! The artichokes were a bit too salty for my taste, but other than that, the dish was perfect. I will definitely be making this again, but I will use less salt next time.
