I'm allergic to goat cheese, so I used crumbled feta instead. It was just as good.

This salad is a great way to use up leftover pears.

I used a balsamic vinaigrette instead of the honey mustard dressing. It was still really good.

I'm not usually a fan of arugula, but I loved it in this salad. The pears and goat cheese really balance out the peppery flavor.

The dressing is simple but flavorful. I love the way it coats the arugula and pears.

This salad was a hit at my dinner party. The combination of peppery arugula, sweet pears, and tangy goat cheese was perfect.
