I was hesitant to try this recipe because I'm not a big fan of mushrooms. But I'm so glad I did! The mushrooms were surprisingly delicious and the burger was incredibly flavorful. I'll definitely be making this again.

This recipe is a keeper! The burgers were delicious and the marinade made the mushrooms extra flavorful. I used a gluten-free bun and topped the burger with avocado and sprouts. It was a healthy and satisfying meal.

This burger was easy to make and so flavorful! I used a balsamic vinegar marinade for the mushrooms and topped the burger with arugula and goat cheese. It was a perfect summer meal.

I love that this recipe uses portobello mushrooms instead of beef. It's a great way to get your veggie fix and still enjoy a delicious burger. The marinade really infuses the mushrooms with flavor, and the Asiago cheese adds a nice touch of richness.
