1/2 cup fresh basil
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, to taste (about 1 lime (or more)
1/4 cup olive oil
salt & freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor blender and puree until smooth.
  • Taste and add additional lime juice, if desired.
  • Can be thinned with a few drops of water, if desired.
