Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven 400 degrees Open dough and roll out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 2. Split the dough down the middle. If it is the perforated kind pinch together. Roll up edges about 1 inch. Cook the bacon until almost done not crisp.
- 3. Add two eggs to each square. Criss cross two pieces of bacon over each square. Sprinkle parmesan over each square and top with basil or parsley
- 4. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes
