BACON WRAPPED SCALLOPS STUFFED WITH SHRIMP image

4 Large Scallops
1/4lb of Shrimp (no shell)
Medium Bell Pepper
Garlic Glove
Medium Onion
Small Tomato
1/2 Lemon
1 Cup of Rice
8 Pieces of Thin Cut Bacon
Rice
2 Pieces of Bread
2 Large Eggs
Stick of Butter
Paprika
Oregano
Dill
Parsley
Salt

Steps:

  • Scallops: Simply wrap scallop in 2 pieces of thin bacon and put on oiled pan. Take a pair knife and cut a hole in the middle of the shrimp and stuff shrimp into it. Now cover in dill. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes Hollondaise: Simply blend butter and eggs with a half of lemon fully squeezed Garlic Bread: Mince garlic and spread on bread. Mince onion and spread on bread. Put strips of cut bell peppers onto bread. Sprinkle oregano on top. Plate and enjoy!
