Steps:
- Saute sliced onion in cholesterol free margarine until softened. Place in greased (use olive oil) baking dish. Arrange halibut in dish leaving an inch or two between pieces. Mix together remaining ingredients except for 2 cups of cheese & bread crumbs. Pour mixture over halibut and sprinkle remaining cheese and bread crumbs over mixture. Bake uncovered for approximately 35-45 minutes (depending on oven & thickness of halibut) at 375 degrees. Pour over sticky white rice and serve with fresh steamed vegetables of your choice.
