- Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Cover and bake at 325° for 1 hour. , In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, whiskey, orange zest, allspice and cloves. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5-7 minutes or until slightly thickened. , Brush some of the sauce over ham. Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes longer or until a thermometer reads 140°, brushing twice with sauce.
