Steps:
- Mix crumbs, cheese, sage & lemon in bowl. Set aside. Whisk eggs in bowl. Set aside. Place flour, salt & pepper on plate. Coat pork chops on both sides with flour mix. Dip chops into eggs. Coat both sides with crumb mixture. Butter bottom of large baking pan. Place chops in pan. Add pats of butter around chops if lean. Bake at 350 deg for 20 minutes. Turn chops over. Bake chops 20 more minutes or until proper temp is reached.
