I'm not usually a fan of onions, but these baked Vidalia onions were surprisingly delicious. The balsamic vinegar and brown sugar glaze really brought out the natural sweetness of the onions.

I followed the recipe exactly and the onions turned out perfectly. They were tender and flavorful, and the crispy breadcrumb topping added a nice touch. Will definitely make again!

These baked Vidalia onions were a bit too sweet for my taste, but my husband loved them. He said they were the best onions he's ever had. I think next time I'll try using less brown sugar.

Not bad! The onions were a bit too sweet for my taste, but overall I enjoyed this recipe. I think next time I'll try using a different type of onion, like a red onion.
