2 pints vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
5 ounces best-quality bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
2 small bananas, cut into 1/2-inch chunks

I love this recipe because it's so easy to make. I don't have an ice cream maker, so I was looking for a recipe that didn't require one. This recipe is perfect!

I love that this recipe uses ripe bananas. It's a great way to use up bananas that would otherwise go to waste.

I added some chopped nuts to the ice cream and it gave it a nice crunch. I also drizzled some chocolate sauce on top and it was heavenly.

I was a bit skeptical about making ice cream without an ice cream maker, but this recipe proved me wrong. The ice cream was just as good as any store-bought ice cream.
