BEAR MEATBALLS image

Yield 8-10 people

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 1/2 lbs ground bear meat
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup beer
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 pkg onion soup mix
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3/4 can water (cup maybe?)

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients except soup and water in a bowl. Form into meatballs and brown in skillet. Drain grease, put browned meatballs in casserole with soup and water. Bake 1 hr at 375 deg and serve with grated parmesan or romano cheese sprinkled on top of meatballs.
