This stew is a great way to use up leftover beef. I often make it after a roast beef dinner. It's also a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables.

This stew was a bit too spicy for my taste. I think I would have preferred it with less chili powder.

I followed the recipe exactly and the stew turned out bland. I had to add a lot of extra seasoning to make it taste good. Disappointed!

This stew was a bit too heavy for my taste. The sauce was very thick and the beef was a bit tough. I think I would have preferred a lighter stew with more vegetables.
