Beef Curry Puffs image

These are my favourite appetizer or finger food. Usually deep-fried, these puffs are baked. Can be made a day ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake.

These beef curry puffs were a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer. The pastry was flaky and the filling was flavorful. I used ground beef, potatoes, and peas in my filling, and I added a bit of curry powder and garam masala for extra flavor.
