Steps:
- Cut up beef into 1" cubes or a little bigger. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the oil and brown the beef with the garlic. Add the mushrooms, tomato sauce, red wine, salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 30 minutes (I think mine cooked for about 1.5 hours til meat was tender) Add more wine if desired. Serve over noodles or rice or cous cous etc
