These greens are so good! I've even got people who hate vegetables that love these! There's just something about a mess of greens that make a meal seem so "down home" and comforting. Pictured are turnip greens, but you could also use Collards or Mustards or a combination of different greens with this recipe. Whatever you like.

Steps:
- 1. Rinse greens under the sink. Pick greens away from the stems. Using a cutting board and knife. Roll the leaves together and cut into 1 inch strips
- 2. In a large pot, heat water. Add greens and bring just to a boil, next add other ingredients and cover with a lid and continue to simmer for an hour.
- 3. Drain and remove ham hocks. Pick usable meat from ham hock or turkey from neck with a fork & knife. Dice into small pieces and mix with greens.
- 4. Add salt and pepper to taste, toss and serve hot.
