Bing Cherry Jello image

My favorite salads are made with gelatin and this one is another tasty and easy to make gelatin salad made with bing cherries. ENJOY!

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 pkg cherry jello
1 can(s) medium pitted bing cherries, chopped and (juice reserved)
1/2 c chopped pecans
3 oz pkg. cream cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Dissolve jello in one cup hot water. Add cherry juice and enough water to make one cup liquid. Stir in jello. Add chopped cherries to jello. Sprinkle with nuts. Let gel. Soften cream cheese with milk. Spread over jello before serving.
