Black Eyed Pea Dip image

Make this for your next New Year's Eve Party, so everyone will be sure to have their black eyed peas for good luck!

Number Of Ingredients 10

14 oz can black eyed peas, drained
1/4 onion, chopped fine
1/4 c sour cream
8 slices jarred jalapeno peppers
1/4 c beer
1 c cheddar cheese, grated
2 Tbsp margarine
1 can(s) rotel tomatoes, drained
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Partially mash meas, leaving some whole.
  • 2. Combine all ingredients and stir to combine.
  • 3. Spread into a 1-1/2 quart baking dish. bake in 350 degree oven until hot and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
