2 cups toasted pecans
2 cups toasted almonds

Tips:

  • Use a good quality chocolate: The quality of the chocolate you use will greatly affect the taste of your almond bark candies. Look for a chocolate that is at least 60% cacao.

Continue adding unmelted chocolate until the chocolate has cooled to 88-90 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Use a variety of toppings: You can use any type of topping you like on your almond bark candies. Some popular options include nuts, dried fruit, candy sprinkles, and chopped pretzels.
