1 cup crunchy peanut butter
2 cups dry roasted peanuts
2 cups Rice Krispies
4 cups miniature marshmallows

Steps:

  • Melt the bark in a microwave for 2 minutes, stir and microwave 2 minutes more until melted. Stir in peanut butter until well combined and smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Drop by tablespoons on wax paper and allow to harden.

1 1/2 lbs almond bark
2 cups peanut butter
3 cups dry roasted peanuts
3 cups miniature marshmallows
3 cups Rice Krispies

Steps:

  • Melt the almond bark following the direction on the package. I do mine in the microwave for 1 minute, stir, then 30 sec., stir, repeat until melted.
  • Add the peanut butter and stir until well blended.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix until all ingredients are coated.
  • Drop by teaspoons onto wax paper and let cool.

1 cup butter, cubed
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 large egg, room temperature
3/4 teaspoon almond extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1-1/4 cups sweetened shredded coconut, divided
1-1/2 cups milk chocolate chips, divided
1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°. In a small heavy saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Heat 6-8 minutes or until golden brown, stirring constantly. Transfer to a large bowl; cool 15 minutes., Whisk in sugars, egg and extract until smooth. In another bowl, whisk flour and salt; stir into sugar mixture. Fold in 1 cup coconut and 3/4 cup chocolate chips. Press into an ungreased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake 24-28 minutes or until golden brown. , Transfer pan to a wire rack; sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips. Toast remaining coconut. Spread chocolate chips evenly over cookie. ½ cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
½ teaspoon almond extract
1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup sliced almonds
2 tablespoons milk
1 cup confectioners' sugar
¼ teaspoon almond extract
¼ cup milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  • In a medium bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add egg and almond extract; mix until fluffy. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt; mix well.
