Tips:

  • Use quality ingredients: The better the ingredients you use, the better your energy bars will taste. Look for organic, non-GMO, and gluten-free ingredients whenever possible.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing can make the energy bars tough. Mix the ingredients just until they are combined.
  • Chill the batter before baking: Chilling the batter helps the bars set better and makes them easier to cut.
  • Bake the bars until they are golden brown: This will ensure that they are cooked through.
  • Let the bars cool completely before cutting them: This will help them hold their shape.
  • Store the bars in an airtight container at room temperature: They will keep for up to 2 weeks.
