1 1/2 lbs pork chops (4)
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 medium yellow pepper, cut into chunks
2 (8 ounce) cans pineapple chunks in juice, undrained
1/2 cup reduced-sodium fat-free chicken broth
1/4 cup kraft Catalina dressing
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked

Steps:

  • HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chops; cook 5 minute on each side or until browned on both sides.
  • ADD peppers, pineapple with its juice, broth, dressing and garlic powder; mix well. Bring to boil.
  • STIR in rice; cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 minute or until chops are cooked through (160°F.) Remove from heat; let stand 5 minute.

Tips:

  • Choose the right pork chops: Look for center-cut, bone-in pork chops that are about 1 inch thick. These will cook evenly and stay juicy.
  • Tenderize the pork chops: To make the pork chops more tender, you can use a meat mallet or a fork to tenderize them before cooking. This will help to break down the muscle fibers and make the pork chops more tender.
  • Use a flavorful marinade: Marinating the pork chops in a flavorful marinade will help to add flavor and moisture to the meat. You can use a variety of marinades, such as a simple olive oil and garlic marinade, a citrus marinade, or a soy sauce marinade.
  • Cook the pork chops over medium heat: Cooking the pork chops over medium heat will help to prevent them from drying out. Cook the pork chops for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through.
  • Let the pork chops rest before serving: After cooking the pork chops, let them rest for a few minutes before serving. This will help the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, making the pork chops more tender and juicy.
