Creamy Seafood With Angel Hair Pasta image

Since I live off the coast of North Carolina I am always looking for seafood recipes. This is not only great it is VERY easy to prepare. The original recipe came from one of my favorite cookbooks, "Cook Healthy, Cook Quick". It called for lobster but I have substituted all types of seafood, (whatever I can find fresh!) and they all taste wonderful!! Serve with a salad and bread for a great light summer time meal!!

Tips:

  • Fresh seafood is key: Use the freshest seafood you can find for the best flavor. If you're not using fresh seafood, be sure to thaw it properly before cooking.
  • Don't overcook the seafood: Seafood cooks quickly, so be careful not to overcook it. Overcooked seafood will become tough and rubbery.
  • Use a good quality pasta: The pasta is the foundation of this dish, so be sure to use a good quality pasta that will hold its shape when cooked.
  • Don't skimp on the sauce: The sauce is what makes this dish so flavorful, so be sure to use plenty of it. You can always add more sauce if needed.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs: Fresh herbs like basil, parsley, or chives add a pop of color and flavor to the dish.
