1/2 cup applesauce
1 lb ground beef
1 egg, beaten slightly
1/4 cup celery, chopped fine
2 tablespoons onions, chopped fine
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper
1/2 cup applesauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon mustard

Steps:

  • Combine meat ingredients well.
  • Shape into a round loaf in 8x8x2 pan.
  • Made a crater or well in center of meat loaf.

1 c applesauce
1 c bread crumbs
3 Tbsp ketchup
2 tsp salt
