APPLESAUCE OATMEAL BREAD

Applesauce Oatmeal Bread image

We liked the expensive bread from the grocery store for toast. This is better, and you can cut it as thick or thin as you like! It is also really good for french toast. I always use my ABM to knead it for me then I rise it and bake it in a regular loaf pan.

  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter can result in a tough, dense bread. Mix the batter just until the ingredients are combined, then stop.
  • Let the bread cool completely before slicing: This will help to prevent the bread from crumbling.
  • Serve with your favorite toppings: Applesauce oatmeal bread is delicious served plain, but it can also be topped with butter, cream cheese, or your favorite jam or preserves.
