Number Of Ingredients 6

5 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp toasted sesame oil
2 tsp lime juice
6 garlic cloves, minced
6 boneless pork chops (1/4 - 1/2" thick)

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients except pork in a large shallow dish. Add pork chops. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator 10 minutes. Remove pork chops from the marinade Grill or cook on stove top 30- 4 minutes on each side, or until done.

Tips:

  • Choose the right pork chops: Look for chops that are about 1 inch thick and have a good amount of marbling. This will ensure that they stay juicy and flavorful during grilling.
  • Marinate the pork chops: Marinating the pork chops in a flavorful marinade will help to tenderize them and add flavor. You can use a variety of marinades, such as a simple olive oil and herb marinade, or a more complex marinade with ingredients like soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.
  • Grill the pork chops over medium heat: This will help to prevent them from burning and ensure that they cook evenly throughout.
  • Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the pork chops: The chops are done when they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit for medium-rare, 155 degrees Fahrenheit for medium, or 165 degrees Fahrenheit for well-done.
  • Let the pork chops rest before serving: This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the chops, making them more tender and flavorful.

Conclusion:

Grilled pork chops are a delicious and versatile dish that can be served with a variety of sides. They are perfect for a summer cookout or a weeknight meal. With a little planning and preparation, you can easily make grilled pork chops that are juicy, flavorful, and sure to please everyone at the table.
