7 slices bacon
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (1 ounce) envelope ranch dressing mix
½ cup barbeque sauce
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 ½ cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Place the bacon in a large, deep skillet, and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain the bacon slices on a paper towel-lined plate. Crumble the cooled bacon into a bowl and set aside.
  • Stir together the cream cheese and ranch dressing mix in a bowl until smooth. Spread the mixture on the bottom of a pie dish. Evenly spread the barbecue sauce on top of the cream cheese mixture. 2 tablespoons ranch dip mix (from 1-oz package)
1 cup chopped cooked chicken
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
3 green onions, thinly sliced, green and white parts separated
1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon
Crackers, as desired

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In medium bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups of the Cheddar cheese, the cream cheese, sour cream and ranch dip mix. Spread evenly in baking dish.
