1 large anaheim pepper (seeded and diced)
¾ cup white onion (diced)
juice of 1 lime ((about 1 ½-2 tablespoons))
5 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon chili powder
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon cumin
1 large boneless skinless chicken breast
1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 can sweet corn ((or 1 ½ cups frozen) )
2 medium avocados (diced or chopped into 1 inch pieces)
1 large roma tomato (diced)
½ cup cilantro leaves (roughly chopped)

Steps:
