Number Of Ingredients 11

1 pound Ground Turkey
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/3 cup Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs
1 package Defrosted Cut Spniach
3 pinches Salt
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Oregano
3 pinches Black Pepper
1 head Egg
1/4 cup Olive Oil

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Mix ingredients with a fork until the turkey mixture is well mixed.
  • Place aluminum foil over a baking sheet. Lather olive oil on the foil.
  • Create meatballs, about an 1/8 cup each, to make 30 meatballs, and place on foil.
  • Brush olive oil on top of the meatball. Place tray in oven about 20 -23 minutes.
  • Let rest about 5 minutes before taking meatball off the foil.

Tips:

  • Choose the right turkey: Use ground turkey breast for a leaner meatball, or ground turkey thigh for a more flavorful one.
  • Use fresh spinach: Fresh spinach will give your meatballs a brighter green color and more nutrients.
  • Don't overmix the meatball mixture: Overmixing will make the meatballs tough.
  • Cook the meatballs thoroughly: Turkey meatballs should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Serve the meatballs with your favorite sauce: Marinara sauce, Alfredo sauce, or even just a simple lemon-herb sauce would all be great options.

Conclusion:

Baked turkey spinach meatballs are a delicious and healthy way to enjoy turkey. They're perfect for a weeknight meal, a party appetizer, or even a game day snack. They're also a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables!
