Tips:

  • Choose the freshest salmon possible. Fresh salmon will have a bright pink color and a mild, sweet smell. Avoid salmon that is dull in color or has a strong, fishy smell.
  • Use a good quality olive oil. Olive oil will help to keep the salmon moist and flavorful. Avoid using vegetable oil or canola oil, as these oils can have a bitter taste.
  • Season the salmon liberally with salt and pepper. Salt and pepper are essential for bringing out the flavor of the salmon. Be sure to season both sides of the fish.
  • Don't overcrowd the grill. If you overcrowd the grill, the salmon will not cook evenly. Leave some space between each piece of salmon so that the air can circulate.
  • Cook the salmon over medium heat. Medium heat will help to prevent the salmon from burning. Cook the salmon for 8-10 minutes per side, or until it is cooked through.
  • Let the salmon rest before serving. Once the salmon is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before serving. This will help the juices to redistribute throughout the fish.

Conclusion:

Barbecue roasted salmon is a delicious and healthy meal that is perfect for any occasion. By following these tips, you can make sure that your salmon is cooked perfectly every time. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy meal, give barbecue roasted salmon a try!
