2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup sliced almonds

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C).
  • In a shallow baking dish combine the artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and mayonnaise. Bake for 45 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with almonds if desired. Serve hot with tortilla chips or crackers.

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dried parsley

Steps:

2 (6 1/2 ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
5 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Mix all ingredients well (leaving out the cheese for top).

1 (14 1/2 ounce) can cannellini beans or 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can great northern beans, drained and rinsed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can artichoke hearts, roughly chopped
8 ounces vegan cream cheese (I use Tofutti brand)
1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1/2 cup vegan mozzarella cheese (I use Daiya brand) (optional) or 1/2 cup vegan mozzarella cheese (I use Daiya brand) (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Add the drained beans into a food processor and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as you go.
  • Next add the vegan cream cheese to the bean mixture, and blend until both are well combined and creamy.
  • In the meantime, heat the olive oil over medium heat in a sautee pan.
  • Add onion and cook until nearly translucent.
  • Add garlic and cook one minute more until fragrant.
  • Add artichokes and spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in bean mixture from the food processor, as well as the panko and nutritional yeast.
  • If using the vegan cheese, you may stir it into the dip completely, or sprinkle over the top.
  • Cover with foil and cook about 20 minutes.
  • Remove foil and cook for 10 or 15 minutes more, until a little browned and heated through.

5 cups water
1 cup butter
1 small onion, chopped
10 fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup sherry
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups cooked, cubed chicken breast meat
2 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained
2 cups julienned carrots
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Combine wild rice and water in a saucepan, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 40 to 50 minutes.
  • Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly browned. Drain, crumble, and set aside.
  • In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Cook onion and mushrooms in butter until soft. Stir in soup, cream, sherry, and salt; cook until hot.

1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic
1 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream
8 ounces monterey jack cheese, grated
8 ounces softened cream cheese
10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 (12 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed well
1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • After rinsing artichoke hearts, trim so that just the leaves remain.
  • Melt butter in a pot, cook onions over medium heat until softened.
