1 1/2 cups carrots , roughly chopped
2 cups black grapes
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
2 pinches black salt (sanchal)
1 cup crushed ice

Steps:

  • MethodCombine the carrots with ¾ cup of water in a mixer and blend to a smooth juice. Strain the juice.Combine the carrot juice, black grapes, cumin seed powder and black salt in a mixer and blend well to a smooth juice.In each rock glass, place ¼ cup of crushed ice. Pour equal quantity of the juice over it. Serve immediately.
