Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the meatloaf; it should read 160°F (71°C) when fully cooked. - For a moist and flavorful meatloaf, use a combination of ground beef and pork. You can also add other ingredients to the meatloaf mixture, such as bread crumbs, eggs, and spices. - To prevent the meatloaf from becoming dry, wrap it in bacon or aluminum foil before baking. This will help to keep the moisture in the meatloaf and prevent it from drying out. - Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
