1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 pound bulk pork sausage
5 large eggs
1/4 cup 2% milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup frozen shredded hash browns
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Separate crescent roll dough into 8 triangles and place on an ungreased 12-in. round pizza pan with points toward center. Press over the bottom and up the sides to form a crust; seal perforations. Set aside., In a large nonstick skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink, 5-7 minutes, breaking up sausage into crumbles. Drain and transfer to pizza crust. Wipe out skillet. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour into same skillet. 1/3 cup very hot water
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
4 medium green onions, sliced (1/2 cup)
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1 cup finely chopped fully cooked ham

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425°F. Grease 12-inch pizza pan with shortening or cooking spray. In small bowl, mix Bisquick mix and hot water until soft dough forms.
  • Press dough on bottom and up side of pan with finger dipped in Bisquick mix. Bake 10 minutes.

1 egg, slightly beaten
salt and pepper, to taste
7 eggs
1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper, to taste
4 ounces ham, chopped (1 cup)
1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup green onion, sliced
6 ounces shredded cheddar cheese (, 1 1/2 cups)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Cover 15" Round Baking Stone with sheet of Parchment Paper.
  • For crust, combine potatoes, egg, salt, and pepper in a 2 quart bowl; mix well.
