MAKE-AHEAD BREAKFAST BARS
I like to make a batch of these and then cut them and wrap single servings in foil to have handy in the freezer for the week. Much cheaper than the freezer breakfasts from the store and you can basically add/substitute whatever ingredients you want or have handy.

Tips:
- Choose fresh and ripe fruits and vegetables. This will ensure that your muffin bars are packed with flavor and nutrients.
- Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can make the muffin bars tough and dry. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
- Don't overfill the muffin tins. Overfilling the muffin tins can cause the muffin bars to overflow and bake unevenly.
- Bake the muffin bars until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. This will ensure that the muffin bars are cooked through.
- Let the muffin bars cool completely before frosting or glazing them. This will help the frosting or glaze to set properly.
Conclusion:
Muffin bars are a delicious and versatile breakfast or snack option. They can be made with a variety of different ingredients, so there is sure to be a recipe that everyone will enjoy. With a little planning and effort, you can easily make muffin bars at home that are just as good as the ones you buy at the store.
