BROCCOLI AND SWEET PEPPER
I love this recipe because it makes a nice change from regular steamed broccoli. When I make this, I like to use a red pepper to get more color. You should also consider doing a mixture of red and yellow, or all three colors! This is a vegetable side dish recipe to serve 4 people: I hope you like it!

Tips:
- Choose fresh and colorful broccoli and bell peppers. Look for broccoli crowns that are deep green and have tightly closed florets. Bell peppers should be firm and have a glossy skin.
- Cut the broccoli and bell peppers into uniform pieces. This will help them cook evenly.
- Don't overcrowd the pan. If you're cooking a large batch of broccoli and bell peppers, cook them in batches so that they have enough room to brown.
- Season the broccoli and bell peppers generously. Salt, pepper, and garlic powder are all good options.
- Cook the broccoli and bell peppers until they are tender but still have a slight crunch. Overcooking will make them mushy.
- Serve the broccoli and bell peppers immediately. They are best enjoyed when they are hot and fresh.
Conclusion:
Broccoli and bell peppers are a delicious and versatile vegetable duo that can be enjoyed in a variety of dishes. Whether you're roasting them, stir-frying them, or adding them to a soup or salad, broccoli and bell peppers are sure to please. So next time you're looking for a healthy and flavorful addition to your meal, reach for some broccoli and bell peppers.
