GORGONZOLA AND PROSCIUTTO TORTELLINI SALAD
There's an amazing Italian grocery store near me, which has some amazing pasta salads. They are not cheap, but they are delicious. My favorite one is the Gorgonzola and prosciutto pasta salad. This is my clone of it and it tastes exactly like theirs when tasted side by side.

BROCCOLI AND TORTELLINI ALFREDO
This was in an insert in a magazine. It doesn't say, but it specifically calls for Green Giant broccoli florets, so I will assume it is from Green giant. Looks like it would be a very easy weeknight meal. Would be good with some grilled chicken added to it.
